Visit Synthflow Source: official pricing page, checked October 22, 2026.

Synthflow sells enterprise voice-agent contracts rather than small-business plans. Its pricing page lists a single Enterprise plan from $30,000 a year, scoped to your call volume and setup.

EnterpriseFrom $30,000 a yearScoped to your volumeEnterprise SLA and support terms; Synthflow native telephony, SIP trunking or approved enterprise telephony; custom concurrency, routing, escalation and fallback logic; CRM, calendar, contact-center, webhook, API and knowledge integrations; MSA and DPA support and security review; implementation, onboarding, testing, training, launch support and ongoing optimizationNo self-serve monthly plan

What Synthflow costs at different call volumes

Synthflow does not publish per-minute or per-call prices, so we cannot work out a monthly cost. Its pricing page says enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year, which is $2,500 a month before any usage. For comparison, the most expensive self-serve plan we found is NextPhone Scale at $599 a month.

What $30,000 a year compares with

A year of the cheapest published plan from each self-serve product, at 500 and 1,000 calls a month (3-minute calls):

Software500 calls a monthA year at 500 callsA year at 1,000 calls
NextPhone$199$2,388$2,388
Goodcall$129$1,548$3,108
Bland$210 + telephony$2,520 + telephony$5,040 + telephony
Upfirst$299$3,588$6,948
My AI Front Desk$424$5,088$9,588
Dialzara$524$6,288$12,588
RingCentral AI Receptionist (AIR)from $749$8,988$17,988
Smith.ai$800$9,600$22,200
Rosie$299$3,588No published plan

Even the most expensive self-serve option at 1,000 calls a month costs a fraction of the minimum contract. Synthflow is built for organizations that need custom routing, security review and managed implementation, not for price.

How Synthflow counts usage

  • "Final pricing is scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security needs, and launch support."
  • No per-minute rate or included minutes are published.
